February 2024This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at foxhills and it was just as fabulous as the first time! We stayed in room 17 which was a lovely large suite over 2 floors, it was very clean and had everything we needed, huge comfortable bed and large bathroom. We did find the room a little chilly when we first arrived but we turned the radiators up and it warmed up after a while. Dinner in the main restaurant was very nice, good atmosphere and delicious food. The indoor pool in the spa is worth a visit, very clean changing rooms and the pool is warm. All in all a very nice stay, staff are friendly and helpful, we a looking forward to our next stay.

January 2024Second time visiting and I have mixed feeling about this place. The positive ones are definitely the location (nature) and the pavilion which are great for families. The service is poor, especially the people at front desk completely useless. There is the occasionally nice and kind employee at the pavilion and Flo's the rest are very dull. The shower was not working, had no pressure. I ask 3 times at reception to get it fixed nothing was done or offered. Food at The Fox dining rooms is average compare to other restaurants who serve a similar selection of food. Average for UK standard but below compared to similar resorts in the rest of the world. Overall a decent stay for a family but not amazing.
