Hire Conference Rooms 1, 2 & 3 for your next conference venue hire in London. Why not make your next event a Happy one? Our fun and modern rooms are available to hire for any small event – and are perfect for your presentation, conference, seminar, IT training, staff training day, and more. With 8 rooms available, able to accommodate groups of 2 to 60 guests, our room hire options are incredibly flexible, and rooms can be provided with or without computers. This conference room is 3 of our rooms opened up to form a larger space that can accommodate up to 50 people in a conference or presentation style setting, or 60 guests (standing or seated without tables) All rooms come with a projector, whiteboard, flip chart, and all basic stationery required to use them (pens, highlighters, markers etc.) Catering is provided in our onsite café area, and comprises of 6 different salads, and two hot food options: one vegetarian dish and one meat dish. We do not, but car parking is normally available at NCP, Spreadeagle Yard, Commercial Street, E1 7PD Disabled badge holders can park in the Pay & Display bays in Alie Street. Please note there is a small step into the building – an access ramp will be provided on request. What are the times can the venue be accessed?
Normal room hire booking times are 9am - 5pm but the venue can be accessed from 8am - 8pm with prior arrangement, and room hires can run to these times as well if arranged in advance.

    I found the Intermediate Excel 2013 course I attended fantastic. The trainer was very informative and really tried to tailor aspects of the day to specifics of what the class needed. The space is very nice and quite central. Lunch was healthy and delicious, with tempting treats to finish. I would highly recommend taking a course with Happy.

    Happy is a great place to attend training. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed into a warm, creative and relaxed environment, with free wifi, refreshments a plenty, and the toilets are terrific too! The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and the materials provided are good quality. On top of that, you get a two year support package included with your training, so if you have any queries after the course, you can just contact Happy! You can't get much better than that - it's always a delight to attend training there.

    Happy lives up to it's name... the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The venue is very inspiring, and there is a positive, relaxed atmosphere. The Excel training I took was informative and taught at a level that helped everyone in my group. I will be looking out for other training courses there!
