Very cool ambiance, good vibes. Yian was amazing with the drinks and overall customer service - 5 stars for him too. Drinks tasted and looked good. Food was good, authentic taste and came hot. Perfect fried plantains. Nice Sunday night vibe.

We had dinner upstairs before PARTYING in the lounge downstairs!! Both the restaurant and lounge are small so it does get packed ! Book ahead for the restaurant! Lamb chops , beef and chicken suya!! Chef's kiss!!! Drinks were reasonably priced!! One of my new fav spots in London!!

Night life review - Despite all the hype surrounding this place, I must admit that my overall experience left me a bit underwhelmed. While the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, I wasn't particularly fond of the layout of the venue, which felt cramped due to its small size.

Pretty disappointed with this place, went on the 9/3/24 to watch the boxing which I paid for as they put tickets on sale, buying 2. Only to be sat in a private booth away from the tv, I’ve emailed directly and haven’t actually got a reply back just more of a generic email. I’d like a refund & can forward all information needed. Ordering starters, and mains and which should have been desert but the food was way below par. Looks pretty on the eyes but the lamb cutlets were not chewable & we ended up sending them back & also taken off the bill. The Cod was mediocre and the dish as a whole was not enjoyed at all either. The beef popcorn bits were okay until you get to the second one and it starts to become a little sickening. The Plantin was probably the best thing I ate which is so upsetting. One thing I don’t do is embarrassment so I’m not gonna argue in the building over food. We didn’t get drinks or the bill would have been over £100. Bill total was around £88 and with the cutlets & service charge taken off the bill came up to about £50. Entry service was nice a light-skinned guy welcomed us. I can’t remember his name, he was very polite, welcoming and professional. Visually the place is nice & has good atmosphere, food wise NO!!!

OMG!! One of the worst places in London. Service is terrible My friend and I decided to plan a nice night out, thought why not try Coco cure Aldgate. We booked online. Paid for tickets to eat and order cocktails, arrived around 7pm on a Saturday. We made an order by the bar as no one would come and approach. We wasn’t greeted at all we made an order. We order drinks first. The food came out first then the drinks came 2mins later just as the skinny light skin lady bring the drinks out. On the tray. She poured the drinks all over the food, the drinks poured on my friend and I. On our laps. Lucky we was wearing black dresses. The light skinny lady. Didn’t say anything just trying to clean the table. I have never been so SHOCKED AND DISRESPECTED. We asked to speak to the manager. He said he will pay us our money we paid for the food but not the tickets. It was the worst experience the manager was an Asian or Indian guy in his 30s. They all are rude disrespectful and lack manners. DO NOT GO TO COCO CURE. It was the worst experience. ITS A NO FROM US!! So many complaints too on TikTok. They need new management and new respectful staff. How can others come to a place and getting disrespected for no reason. #stay classy #Cococure is not the place. 🚩🚩🚩 It deserves NO STARS AT ALL. Worst experience.
