This is a really great experience to share with friends. About 2 hours in total, including a 15-20 minutes break mid-way. (No photographs allowed during the experience itself, only in the themed reception bar & toilets, and the mid-way Survivors’ Bar.) The actors are brilliantly engaging throughout, and the interactive plot keeps you enthralled. The second half was particularly good. I’m a 60 year old guy and consider myself to be reasonably fit, but there is a fair bit of agility required to negotiate the set. (Although I’m sure that the lovely staff would help you bypass any obstacle that you feel uncomfortable with in tackling.) A great way to spend a couple of hours, and good value for money compared with other London experiences.

I have got to give this place a 5 star, the atmosphere would be a 5 star easily, excellent acting and decorations especially in the waiting room. Food was basic nothing special, overall this was a wonderful experience and even better with friends and family. Got to be one of the best experiences I have ever been too.

Fantastic experience. The bar is nice with a decent drinks selection. I got a pale ale which was good. The set dressing in the bar helps to set the mood for the experience. The experience itself was great fun. Some really memorable set pieces and creepy moments, but without the cheap scares of actors jumping out and grabbing you. The VR sequences were incredible. I recommend the cocktail at the interval!

Great welcome at venue. Good themed bar area. The ( show ) was good, but not great. The main reason I say this was that the first room the screen behind the projector screen was not clear and the quality of the imaging in that section was disappointing. The 3d headgear was a great addition, however the imaging and reality needs to be brought up to date. Overall, a value for money experience.
