Located in the middle of Angel Islington, North London, Tatami Health caters for physiotherapy, injury management, rehabilitation and Massage Therapy in a specially designed clinic for optimum recovery after injury, surgery and treatment of neck and back pain. We also give Beginner and Improver Pilates mat classes in our unique Tatami room.

Tatami studio is a light and spacious area with a tradition clean Japanese influence. The tatami room is fitted with authentic tatami mats and Shoji screens and makes an ideal space for photography or video shoots. The space has been used previously to film a scene in a martial arts student film, Al Jazeera television commercial (tea ceremony) as well as a fashion photography shoot for ID Magazine.
