SAMA Bankside is a unique bar, restaurant, events space and late night venue in the heart of London's Bankside on the Southbank between the Tate Modern and Oxo Tower.

SAMA Bankside would not be out of place in Brooklyn or Berlin and is located within Victorian railway arches over 2 floors besides Blackfriars Bridge and was voted "Best All In One Venue" in the Design My Night 2017/18 Awards within 6 months of opening.

SAMA Bankside is a unique spacious venue set over two floors hidden away in a railway arch by Blackfriars Bridge.

A vibrant, spacious venue featuring a bar and toilets on each floor, a restaurant plus events space that is industrial in style with original exposed brickwork, a polished concrete floor, upcycled furniture along with pops of colour throughout.

Entire venue hire is available for larger events or semi private areas with minimum spends all arranged to suit your requirements.

Since opening last year we have hosted numerous events including Corporate Events, Christmas and Summer parties, Engagement parties, Weddings, Wrap Parties, Private Dining, Away Days, Workshops, Meetings, Photo Shoots, Filming, Drinks Receptions, Visual Merchandising Displays, Lunches & Dinners.

A really cool place, stylish and I love the music policy 90s classics. Cocktails are amazing and the bartenders doing them know their stuff. The only thing was I went there on a Friday in the middle of summer and it was virtually empty... very strange exclamation mark otherwise would have given 5 Stars :-)

Lovely venue, tucked away and rather secluded under the Blackfriars arches. Over two floors and with a resident DJ. Eating area mixed in with a bar area is well laid out. Food was just right in quality and staff were easy to talk to and friendly. Really like the ambiance here!

Had such a great time at Sama for a friend's post-bridal shower drinks. Really comfortable space and incredible music, good space to dance in a relaxed way. The staff were all really lovely and Bex was a star cocktail-maker and all-round help. Thanks!! Would definitely come back if I didn't live so far away!
