Booking in the staff on reception were lovely, very helpful and informative. We ate in the hotel, the meal again was lovely and the staff well informed what was available on the menu.... we had a few drinks in the bar, no grey goose available and gin (although a good selection ) it was served in a wine glass ?? No gin glasses were available ..... bar has no snacks but room service only available

Clean hotel with free parking. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Check in was quick and easy. Good breakfast with lots of options available. House keeping needed more attention to detail.. 1 day our dirty coffee mugs were not replaced and another day they did not finish making the bed. There was no fridge in the room which was disappointing.

Wonderful weekend break. Staff were lovely very friendly and I helpful from check in until we left. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely return

Thank you so much for our stay. Such a nice surprise on the room! Very nice, very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Definetly we will come back to this hotel. Only one thing I suggest is the heating in the rooms to be fixed. Otherwise everything was perfect.
