So, I didn’t stay in the hotel but my review is of the bar. Was at a wedding there this past weekend and was really disappointed by the price of drinks. Don’t get me wrong, if time and effort go into making a decent drink then I am happy to pay BUT the margaritas were awful. Table salt all around the rim and there was just over a shot in the glass. If you can’t make them then don’t sell them. Didn’t complain at that time as it was a wedding but serious, sort out your pricing and quality.

Wasn't anything special rooms very plain I thought it would have had more ship experience. The hall to your room is dark and great once you open the door big disappointment. Food with very standard for Christmas party breakfast again standard fresh crepes or an omelette counter like on a ship would make it feel a different buzz to the normal breakfast experience u can get better and cheap else where.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely setting. Very disappointing service in the bar and restaurant. Staff don't seem happy in their jobs. Little requests seemed to be too much bother. Food overpriced for quality of what we got. But main problem was poor attitude and service. Doubt if we will return which is unfortunate because we really like the building and it's history.

Fantastic Hotel full of character and history. Rooms are well equipped and extremely comfortable. Dined in restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was very varied with a comprehensive selection of cooked and continental styles. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming with an excellent knowledge of the history of the building. Lovely walk from hotel to city centre via footbridge over River Lagan.

Only went for coffee. The staff were very attentive and had a great historic knowledge if the building. Nothing was too much for them. The place is absolutely beautiful. I would love to stay there .....
