Simply a stunning hotel. The time and effort put into the decor alone is worth the visit. Detailed and understanding the fundamentals of the Titanic itself. The room was beautifully finished as well. Darkened corridors with highlighted doors lead you to the rooms. The doors themselves are worth a mention. Key entry is modern and works perfectly every time. The super high ceiling and windows lend an air of grandeur to an already large room. Room was perfectly clean and bed was comfortable. Toilet was nicely decorated and shower was great. The bar was busy on arrival but service was excellent. Everything from drinks to food arrived in good time. Breakfast, buffet or a la carte, was of high standard and well laid out. I had smoked salmon cream cheese bagel. Perhaps needed a little more cheese but I added poached eggs and they were perfect. Checkout was seamless and quick. All staff were friendly and open at all times which so often fails in larger hotels. But not here. Overall, one of the better hotel stats that I have enjoyed. As a small point you need to include car parking if you are driving as there is no parking locally. Hotel is not really walkable in terms of the city centre, but the cab ride is not extortionate. Well worth the trip and location is good in relation to the historic significance.

Amazing experience here at the hotel! If you want the full titanic experience you will love it. The design of the hotel was stunning. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and dinner was perfect. You couldn’t be in a better location! The only unfortunate aspect was we didn’t have a view over the harbour. The shower was quite weak and the bed was so soft you fell in to the middle. However, I would highly recommend the experience of it.

Great hotel. Lovely architecture and decor. Very reasonable rates as well as food & drink prices. Excellent & friendly staff. Located a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Titanic exhibition building is 20 metres from the front door. You will not be disappointed!

Mothers Day afternoon tea was a complete let down. First off, we were in the Drawing Room which was cold. Yes, it has a high ceiling etc but it really should have been a bit warmer. We were given little jars of fresh cream, which were off!! That should never happen in a hotel of this calibre. When we said to the staff they said, oh your not the first to have said that today and brought a fresh portion of cream, but it was no use as the scones had already had the stale cream on and were unedible. The pianist that was included in the price, only played briefly during our visit. We were constantly having to wave and gesture to the staff for attention. When we queried the charge, they told us that mums got a free box of chocolates. So why did the daughters have to pay the extra too? And, who are they to chose or decide which members of the group were or weren't mother's?? I wouldn't recommend The Titanic as there are much nicer afternoon teas available in Belfast that are better value.

Beautiful hotel. Staff need to be much better trained. Too little attention paid to customers. No supervision is visible. The wait for a drink or offer if a menu is unacceptable. The food when you manage to get it is excellent. Prices are okay considering where you are. There's a fabulous area called The Maritime mile if running, walking, or biking is your thing 🤔.
