The Jam House is an over 21's venue located in St. Paul's Square and is a unique three story Georgian building.
The venue can cater specifically to your needs, day or night. Conferences, launch events, and parties can be held in the venue with buffets, formal dinners, or canapes. The three spacious and stylish floors can hold up to 550 guests.
The venue is only available for private hire Sunday - Wednesday but part hire options are available on other days on the week.
This beautiful and unique Georgian style building is a picturesque spot for receptions and parties, no matter the size of your event. The Jam House team can also suggest entertainment bookings and offers a range of dining options, such as buffets, formal dinners, or canapes.

February 2024This place still has it after nearly 20 years of not visiting, if you want to dance and listen to quality bands this is the place to be. Service was excellent with a great vibe and atmosphere, the band that evening were superb! An amazing place to finish off any night out, highly recommended.

February 2024What an unbelievable experience... First time at the Jam House and boy it won't be the last... The food was amazing / cooked to perfection and such quality... Wow it was presented beautifully. The Service from ollie and Mitchell was exemplary, I've eaten in 5 star restaurants and this service and food easily rivalled that. A set menu with multiple choices @ £40 per head for 3 courses was a price I'm happy to pay... If I'm honest I don't prefer to eat mushrooms but the soup my wife had was another level (she would have preferred 1 more bread roll but it had an amazing taste, texture and extremely flavoursome) The steak was an exceptional cut of meat... Again beautifully presented on the plate with fries / salad garnish and pepper sauce. Photos show the desserts, I had the cheese platter and my wife had the melting cake with ice cream. The chef must be part artist, as all the food that was served had that artistic flare about it. By the time we had finished 3 courses we were very full, the quality and richness of the food was 2nd to none Wow... What a night The live music was off the scale, such talented people covering the songs we all know and love... The sound quality throughout the entire venue was crisp and clear. With Lots of bar staff and ample dancefloor space, A covered smoking area.... This place is my new go to and I would whole heartedly recommend the experience to anyone. The security staff made everyone feel safe and secure, enough of them to cope with the most difficult of customers but relaxed enough to say I'm here to protect you .... Go on enjoy your night out. This is a great team of people, a superb venue with amazing food, quality music and relaxed atmosphere. 5 stars all the way Thanks for a perfect night out 😎👍

December 2023A real fun and hip place for non-Gen Zs. For corporate events, small parties or other reasons for a party. It is a place with incredible atmosphere and alternating live music with deejays. Mainly Gen X and a bit of millennials crowd. Let your hair down here and sway with the giant disco ball! Restaurant which transforms into a dance floor, amd check the hanging chairs on the ceilings.
