Had such an excellent stay here this weekend. On arrival, they managed to fit me into my room earlier than planned. The whole stay I was looked after. Corey is an absolute credit to the team, he made sure every part of my stay was smooth. Even looking up a route for me to the best IKEA. Spot on

This hotel is in an excellent central location with parking. It is a lovely old hotel with nice bar/lounge area. The staff are very friendly. The bedrooms are large, though could do with a spruce. Overall this hotel is excellent value for money with friendly staff.

Stayed to be close to the edgebaston campus of bcu. Room nice, bed comfy. Bathroom could use a little updating. Cables from CCTV cables wete banging on the window in the wind (112), a couple of cable ties would sort that issue. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was hearty and set me up for the day!

Rooms were very clean and tidy but unfortunately cold. Breakfast was good but food not always topped up. Service at breakfast was good. Bar service was OK although sometimes bar staff were more interested in talking to girlfriends instead of being behind the bar serving. Informative reception staff. Location brilliant.
