Some people say that the Jewellery Quarter Clock is the best in Birmingham but it's actually incredibly lazy. Big Brum is the superior clock in the city as it rings every quarter of the hour. Four times the work, four times the pleasure. 10/10 would bong.

Terrible waste collection service. Miss our entire streets rubbish collection a few times a year. When you report they dont return to to collect , leave it sitting for another week, then they fail to empty the bin properly when they do !

Always trying to get away with their responsibilities and pass the ball to someone else. You're on your own if you live in Birmingham. Total waste of time. They're never there when you need them but they're the first in line to collect money from you.
