Very nice hotel. The room was fresh, modern renovated, and very clean and tidy. Breakfast planty of choice, very good and tasty. Restaurant modern and clean, area gor kids with games and toys. And pool, steam room and sauna, gym, we were ther 3 times is our 3 days stay and was great for us. Kids were so happy because most of the time we've been alone there . Unfortunately, Jacuzzi was out of order. Many carpark spaces. Everyday housekeeping service. I recommended Definitely, we will be back for the weekend again

Loud hum all night kept me up. Room was nicely fitted out but to get through the door into the bathroom then to the shower behind the door was a challenge and I'm pretty thin 😁 so not sure how anyone a bit bigger would manage. Really needs a layout redesign. The service in the restaurant wasn't great. Hair in food. Staff on reception looked fed up too and a bit snappy. Compared to other holiday inns this was pretty poor.

Stayed there for one night on 10/Jan/24, logged my car registration at the desk upon arrival. Got a parking ticket from Parking eye 2 weeks later. it costs 13p per minute to call the hotel.... So I thought I'd cut my loses, save an argument and more importantly my time. Hope you enjoy my 1 star review.

PLEASE BE WARNED a lot of car thefts take place in their car park. I recently had my car stolen and the staff were unapologetic and completely un-phased. From reading other reviews car parts/ possessions inside are also not safe. Pay the extra and stay somewhere secure where the staff care about these things! You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
