Nice hotel with good ambience inside. Very clean with friendly and helpful stuff. During our stay we took only breakfast, which had a good selection to choose from and nicely displayed. The room was not of any particular size, but the location is very central and since we spent most of the time outside it didn't bother us. Well recommended.

Yay free earplugs..! oh I see... Modern facade/features.... until you go up to your room. Basic, but all there I guess. Twin beds. were. shocking. Slept in comfier bathtubs. Staff were friendly though. Checked out at 3am to drive home 3hours. Didn't get to try the breakfast. I guess if you buy cheap don't expect any sleep. I'll stick to another hotel chain in future.

Helpful staff. Close to railway station and amenities. Five minutes from city centre. Sensibly priced. Room could be cleaner, especially toilet. Nice food service in main area.

Hard to rate this any higher than a 3. My room had some ear plugs provided, so you get the impression it's not very sound proof. The bathroom was very dated and so are the rooms. Check in is odd since you talk to a person with a phone. There isn't a desk as such. You get what you pay for I guess

Funky open entrance to hotel. There's no check-in desk, the staff approach you and use an iPad or iPhone to check your in. Food is served 24 hours. There are a couple of nightclubs nearby which I could hear from the room. Good location, a few feet from the Birmingham hippodrome

We loved the meeitng room - some great equipment there. the food was also lovely! The only thing that wasn't so great for us is that we booked a number of rooms as well and the nights' sleep wasn't good at all due to the noise from the clubs!
