Just been to Riley’s for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed! Food is great, the atmosphere is the right level for pool and snooker, and Swopnil was exceptionally helpful in explaining the membership options and allowing us to extend our time towards the end. Definitely will be coming back!

I love the spaciousness of this venue! We came here to play some english pool and we loved the atmosphere here and the workers here, especially Sohaib, he was very helpful as we just became members of Riley's and he was so much fun! He was very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended if you're coming for drinks, watching football matches and renting their pool tables! Decent priced food, beverages and rental.

Had numerous difficulties with a booking before we arrived that weren’t dealt with in a timely or efficient manner, requiring several phone calls. After finally getting to a point where we could actually go, we arrived and there was a sign on the door saying closed and sorry for the inconvenience; no forewarning or notice. When later contacted to ask for a refund, it was once again hard to even get a response and when finally received, general customer service was terrible and it took a further *five* calls to even get the process moving. No idea how it is so many 5 star ratings because the customer experience couldn’t have been worse. Avoid.
