Good place and facilities. Bad experience with staff who were polite but ineffectual. Getting an extra bedsheet and a softer pillow was hard and took a few tries. I also asked for a quiet room and was put by the lift shafts that were very noisy all night. A high end hotel should have much better customer service.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are immaculate and very well proportioned. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Bar staff were friendly and engaging. Location is central and very easy to navigate too. Highly recommend for a visit.

I did not stay here I attended a manifestation event on Saturday 13 January. Not enough staff in bar to tend to coffees for event goers. No coffee available for the event only water not sure if this was owing to the event organisers or the hotel. Definitely not equipped to deal with drinks for large events. The room where event was held was a good temperature. Nice interior in lobby. Local to blackfriars station.

Had an amazing stay at this superb hotel in New Year’s Eve, lovely atmosphere had an excellent nights sleep in such a comfy bed, staff are friendly and welcoming , first class breakfast. Our room was upgraded to executive suite free of charge .Lovely shower and some nice touches to the room I cannot fault the service we received and am looking forward to staying there again soon . Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone
