    Sivan delivered exemplary service upon entry, ensuring we were made comfortable and had everything we needed. The team were amazing.     Attended a training event for the day at the hotel and had a fantastic lunch that took into account my dietary requirements with allergies to gluten, dairy and seed oils it often makes it hard to eat out, but not here! A lovely meal served warm and fresh with dessert which was a lovely surprise. Really appreciate the efforts made by the staff today that allowed me to eat with the rest of the team without feeling like an inconvenience

    As a frequent traveler, I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Delta Hotel in Northampton. While the overall experience was pleasant, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to enhance guest satisfaction. Firstly, upon check-in, I noticed a lack of personalised attention from the hotel staff. While they were courteous, I felt that more proactive engagement and assistance could have been provided to ensure a smoother check-in process. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. While the surface areas appeared tidy, I noticed some dust buildup in corners and on surfaces, suggesting that thorough cleaning could be improved. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connectivity in the hotel was inconsistent, which was inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable internet connection for work or leisure activities. Improving the reliability and speed of the Wi-Fi would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these areas for improvement, there were also positive aspects of my stay at the Delta Hotel. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the on-site dining options offered delicious meals with a variety of choices although on the high side. In conclusion, while the Delta Hotel in Northampton has potential, there are opportunities for improvement, particularly in terms of personalised service and cleanliness. Addressing these areas could elevate the guest experience and make the hotel a top choice for travelers in the future.
