Fabulous meal. We'd eaten at all the other Black Rock Restaurants and had been really impressed. This one was similarly excellent. Limited menu, mainly fish but each dish was done perfectly. So fresh, so tasty! The waiting staff were excellent and they were so accommodating for our daughter who was too small for an adult dish but too big for (and wanting more than typical) kids menu.

We had a great experience in this restaurant! We went to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and they didn’t disappoint us!! Our waitress Elsa was amazing! She had great customer service and advised us with the best choices!! The food was unbelievable good!!! Definitely we are going back!

Great seafood! I had the Roasted Skate which is a fish you’ll never find Skate in the menu in the states despite its high collagen content. Great dessert too. My entire meal was gluten free too! Highly recommend for seafood lovers and foodies! Great service too.

The restaurant is lovely, right across the road from the seafront, and has a nice smart but comfortable vibe. The food is all delicious and incredibly high quality - the best seafood I've had in the UK. You do pay for the quality though. If you plan on three courses plus drinks you can expect to easily spend £70 per person. So it's not a regular night out but it's a great treat especially if you like shellfish and other seafood.

Francois our waiter was absolutely awesome, he is a credit to the establishment! If I owned my own restaurant I would poach him in an instant!! Amazing service and very attentive. Great humour! Can not rate him highly enough! Food was good too. There were large parties so found it difficult to talk on our table but that can’t be helped. Will definitely return and will try the coal shed next.
