Came in here recently to meet friends as I was in the area. Was served by Noel who was very helpful with mine and my friends needs (two of us are vegan, one gluten free). He was also super friendly and knowledgeable of the items. They had a lovely atmosphere too! :) :)

Popped in for a coffee on my way home, just have to say the guy who served me (think his name was noel) was really friendly and his enthusiasm was great. Genuinely interested about my day and any weekend plans etc. Definitely the kind of service you'd love to help turn a bad work day into a positive evening 😊

I travelled to the Village hotel to meet a friend who was staying there so we could head into Liverpool for the day. I don’t usually leave reviews but have to say that I arrived early so treated myself to a hot chocolate in the onsite Starbucks and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. A chap called Noel was particularly fun, asked me about my day and we had a good laugh together about how pants the British summer is. Thanks Noel for helping pass the time waiting for my friend! (And a delicious hot chocolate to boot).

It is a nice place, I go to the gym 3 times per week. It is a good gym, with plenty of equipments, the pool probably is not the best in the area but it is OK for relaxation. The bar is nice lot of screens, the food offer is not wide though

I recently stayed again at this lovely hotel but their Disabled parking continues to be abused with more vehicles parked without a Blue badge than with one This means genuine disabled guests may not find a space If you are a wheel chair user a few tips To access the ramp you need to travel on their private road so care needed Also the accessible rooms, whilst the bathroom is perfect, the beds are all very low making transfer difficult for some. Why they put low beds in their accessible rooms is a mystery. Otherwise this hotel is excellent for anyone with reduced mobility .Lifts great and everything on the level
