Late in the evening I went to get some snacks. At the reception it was this gentleman talking and talking and I just wanted to go and pay, as I was in a rush I went to see if I could pay at the bar. Where been chased by the Greek receptionist saying you can’t take those drinks in front of other guests. I really I had to put him in his place but thought be more intelligent and professional. I told him as you were talking with the gentleman for ages I went to see if I could pay at the bar. I told him I wasn’t going to still them. There’s cameras and etc, when I went back to the reception he actually still carried on talking to this gentleman. I thought how shame that such a young man in nice uniform have not been trained in people skills. This young man needs some more training or perhaps not do reception do maybe maybe housekeeping. I’m looking forward hearing from you. Btw the new room decorations is very very tasteless. I wonder who’s is your interior designer.

Never disappoints. Great location with many restaurants surrounding the building. The restaurant within is good enough on its own with a decent selection of great food. Rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities are provided. kettle is supplied and an iron, which is good. The bathroom was great with a good shower. Staff are first class. All round great experience

We use this hotel regularly for meetings. The service is brilliant and the food is excellent. Well cooked. Very tasty. I especially love their tomato soup. For meetings they now realise they need to provide power so usually have extension cables ready. The rooms are quiet with little noise travel. The conference facilities are good. It is walking distance, up hill, from Milton Keynes Station.

Location is great and cheap enough for a night. Room is well equipped and clean though not the best sound proof rooms. Beds were comfy though and lifts were quick. staff was kind and helpful.
