Went Friday late morning and the wife and i ask to pop in and see a suite as we where going to book one for a 4 day stay being a suite and a lot of money thought it best to have quick look. The French guy we spoke to was soooo unhelpful to the point he rolled he's eyes twice , when we ask him if we could view quickly , Hes body language was clear this was far to much for him to want to even try and help ( it was not busy he was free )it was a put off to be honest, it give us the a feel on what to expect service wise , he then said look at them on line ! ... we know we can see them on line we looked on line that's why we popped in??? but spending around 2k we felt it sensible to view in person., so we tried to explain this and that things are not always what they seem on line especially hotel rooms ? We said we just want a quick look?? Look on line he told us again ! So at this point we knew not to bother " there loads of hotels close by! Only one chance for a first impression and this guy blew it!

Lovely place bang in the centre of town. We had a meal at the restaurant and loved both the venue and the food. The ambience and the service is top notch. For what you get it is not very expensive either. The only thing I did not enjoy was the dessert. It was a vegan chocolate orange cake ... it was super dry. My bad for ordering vegan :) Strongly recommend a meal there..

We had a voucher for the evening 3 course meal. The food was good but what made our meal even better was the excellent service from Renata & Konrad. My partner was even given a surprise slice of cake as it was her birthday. We will definitely eat here again. Thanks

I had afternoon tea with a friend to celebrate a birthday. We could not have more welcomed by the staff. Plenty of good, tea, coffee and fizz. A slice of opulence in beautiful surroundings. Will definitely return

Hotel is ideally located and grand in stature. Friendly staff who cannot do enough to make you welcome. Room was spotless and well presented. Breakfast was well cooked and catered to my specific needs. Recommended.

The venue was perfect for my requirement, easy to get to, and the service was first class, the room a and equipment all very good. Beatrice was extremely helpful and accommodating.
