A supreme hotel with amazing reception, concierge, and managers. The room is spectacular though the sink was in the middle of the reception area😅. A little room makeover will create more space and extra seating area. We had some troubles with some furniture, but the employee dealt with it swiftly and professionally. Definitely we recommend this hotel especially with its amazing location.

Unique design and ambiance. Modern and clean. I liked the convenient location and condition of the property. Marriott platinum status was recognized and appreciated. I got upgraded to a spacious suite. Minor complaint: the shower design was not very user friendly. All members, especially, the bartender, were caring and trying to make my stay memorable. I would recommend this property.

My recent stay at W London was an unforgettable experience, and I'm compelled to share my gratitude for the exceptional service provided, despite a minor hiccup with the turndown service and housekeeping. The hotel staff's prompt acknowledgment and resolution of this issue exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring that my visit remained spectacular. A standout feature of my stay was the breakfast service, especially on Friday. The breakfast team's friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency were beyond commendable, setting a positive tone for the day. It's a rarity to come across such a dedicated and efficient team, and their efforts significantly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the thoughtful gesture of providing an amazing drink and food tray in celebration of Lunar New Year was a delightful surprise. This special touch not only highlighted the hotel's meticulous attention to detail but also its dedication to celebrating cultural events, adding an extra layer of specialness to my visit, alongside the celebration of a birthday. Although there was a slight inconvenience with the turndown service and housekeeping, it did not diminish the quality of my stay. The hotel's proactive approach in addressing concerns, coupled with their invitation for further feedback, showcases W London's commitment to guest satisfaction and continuous improvement. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at W London for making my visit memorable. Their exceptional service has me eagerly anticipating my next trip to London for another remarkable stay. I hope to be welcomed back in the near future and extend my gratitude to the team for their outstanding service.

Extraordinary hotel with great party feel ambience, very clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast! excellent location with easy access to Piccadilly underground station, short walk to Chinatown, Soho, Mayfair and very close to the national gallery museum. I got upgraded to junior suite as a titanium elite member, only small issue was the heater was not working so the room got cold in the night but they sent me immediately a heater and extra blanket which solved the problem. I would def return back to this hotel again.

We had an unfortunate experience in the lounge. It took over 30 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, we had to ask them to come over. Then they forgot our drinks and we had to ask again. The staff couldn’t keep the orders straight and didn’t know what to bill us at the end. There were only 4 of us and we probably would have had a few cocktails but couldn’t because of the terrible service. Weird atmosphere and the drinks weren’t worth the wait. So many better places to go in Soho!
