Had our work Christmas party at Clapham venue. Absolutely amazing. Aman couldn’t have done more to ensure everything and everyone was catered for. He was brilliant. Would highly recommend this venue especially for a whole venue party. All staff including bartenders, all managers were fantastic xx

Loved this place! It’s not your usual boring bar and no only tries but succeeds into bringing up interesting cocktail concepts. Bartenders are friendly and talented. Well done Rob

Came for a hen party on a Friday night. The venue was much smaller than expected but was completely dead, the atmosphere wasn't great. However, the drinks package was good value and we received friendly service. There was also a problem with the music, skipping part of songs. We actually left an hour early, as it didn't have the party feel we wanted whilst celebrating a hen.

I went yesterday on my Birthday, didn't get a friendly welcome (Gaby served us) my friend asked about 241 as we looked at menu offers on the way, was bluntly responded by it ended at 9pm. We ordered and there was attitude with her preparing my friends drink we just kept giving each other the eye as she slammed glass etc. I had asked to have an Expresso martini as I noticed that drink was on offer when she was making my friends drink. I was given 1 drink and asked isn't it 2 to which rudely she said I didn't ask for 2. I then said if it's todays offer naturally you make 2 pointing at the menu. She went back and forth then asked if I wanted the other (should have said no) Then proceeded to make the 2nd drink with more attitude again clinking glass etc and walk off once she put it in front of me, it was not drinkable nor was the replacement made by the other staff when I said it had too much froth and taste was off. The first drink was absolutely fine though. Disappointing service. Usually bar staff are friendly and promote offers suggest drinks especially on a quiet night. We didn't feel welcome so left after the one round.

Me and my friend went there yesterday for drinks as it was her birthday and I must admit I was very appalled by the service and I'm definitely not one to complain. The bartender called Gaby was outrageous. From the moment we went to the bar she had an annoyed look on her face. We ordered a drink and she automatically had an attitude. We ordered a cocktail and asked her about the 2-4-1 and responded abruptly saying NO happy hour ends at 9 and she left it at that. We had checked the website before coming all the way there and was aware there was 2-4-1 going on 7 days a week all night. So we ordered the drink and she then began to slam the glass down and banging bottles and just had an attitude. She then made my cocktail and I must admit it was not made with love. I have added a pic as I was in shock. We then checked the menu about the offer to make sure we wernt going crazy and there It was 2-4-1 all night for Espresso Martini. So my friend ordered that drink. Again when Gaby took her drink order she had an attitude again and began banging the glasses on the counter. She then made ONE drink. My friend then questioned her about the offer and she said you only asked for one drink. So my friend proceeded to say but don't you have an offer on this drink. She then began to raise her voice and say but you only ordered one so she only made one and told my friend she couldn't have another one. So they are going back and forth and Gaby says would you like another and once again the banging with attitude began and the drinks were terrible. The Martini had soo much froth that it was not drinkable. My friend had to ask her colleague to make another which was also not drinkable but the lady was polite and changed the drink instantly. I'm not sure what that woman had going on that day but she should not be working in social environments if she thinks it's okay to treat people like that. I'm annoyed because it was meant to be a nice evening and it was ruined by her attitude and the way she was treating us. I was very unexpected, I'd understand if we were rude that was not the case, we were actually so cheerful and friendly. I heard such good reviews about this place and after that I don't think I'll be returning. I think she may need some more training and also if you have a offer going on to promote it, don't just say it ended at 9pm.
