Went for a spa day. Was looking.forward.to it greatly. A few things niggled, such as one of the loops on the robe was broken off and could have been repaired before being given out to a customer, the chef was busy (at lunchtime) unloading an order so there was nobody to cook any lunches! Poor...surely someone else could have unloaded the supplies! On e of the poolside loungers was missing a leg, surely this should have been noticed as part of a daily equipment check and could cause an accident. Reported it on the way out and they said they'd take a look! Had a relaxing time though, especially after an excellent massage! Otherwise the star rating would have been two stars!

Stayed for 2 nights food excellent evening and breakfast. Accommodation good also . Golf course needs working doing no bunkers in play at all which was very disappointing. No mention of reductions in green fees so will not be returning. Staff good and helpful but not enough of them, only one bar open. No management in on sat night to speak to this place needs to shape up!! Checking in took ages also. I'm doing this review on behalf of 16 people on our trip.

Visited on the overnight spa package. Staff were lovely and accommodating and professional. Spa treatments were awesome. Pool not so great so didn't spend time there. Food voucher ample for 3 courses and food nice ... Large portions though! Beautiful grounds. Nice size rooms, clean and kept. Good breakfast choice. Well worth the 120 pound price!

Myself and my husband came for a SPA afternoon and it was a fantastic experience. Tyler gave us a fabulous massage, provided good advice and made sure it was tailored to our specific needs. Every member of staff we encountered were polite and helpful. The hotel was lovely and set in beautiful grounds. We would definitely like to come back.

Good prices on weekdays. Clean, reasonably sized rooms. Polite helpful staff. My only complaint was the room was a bit warm even with the radiator set on low.
