We booked for one night it was fine and we asked the receptionist if we can extend and she said we can request the extension until one hour before check-out However, when we came back at 4 am the night-shift receptionist said she “can’t” extend the reservation as she doesn’t have access or authority to do it. 3 hours later they said they’re fully booked as they can receive bookings but for some reason can’t extend ours!
