Right on airport property. Rooms are very nice and clean. Restaurant and separate bar on site. Nice fitness center. Amazing Fish n Chips!

This hotel is quite new and looks it. Lots of rooms, and all a decent size bed. Clean and soundproof so no noise at night. Drop off is available outside but you probably will need to pay a fiver for the privilege. You can walk to terminal 4 via a covered walkway but for terminal 5 you need to take a bus which takes approx 20 mins. Staff all seemed very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel with easy check in and very convenient for Terminal 4. The staff were uniformly helpful and very pleasant and I would definitely stay there again. My only complaint is amlack.of attention to detail. For example: two light bulbs in my room did not work but had not been replaced making it difficult to work at the desk. Soap and shampoo was provided but the dispensers were empty. Both issues were evident on a cursory look around the room. That said, both issues were fixed as soon as I brought them to the attention of the front desk. Otherwise an almost perfect location to stay.
