My favourite Everyman cinema in and around nw London, we have tried all the other locations and this one and belsize park are the best. Great staff, great manager the young man if you find him he will go out of his way to help you. I come here every few weeks either on a ‘date night’ or with my kids. We recently saw inside out 2 and it was absolutely packed with kids, who made such a mess and some including my own were very annoying, the staff did an amazing job with full energy and a lot of patience and kindness towards us and the children ! Nothing was too much bother. Always an amazing service.

I have been to see many films at this amazing venue and have been impressed every single time. I am always greeted by very friendly and helpful staff members, a host of options for snacks and drinks and some great service in and outside the screen. Most recently I went to see Mad Max Furiosa on the 1st of June and was delighted! A special thanks to the manager that was on that day who was very kind and helpful (small and dark hair), as well as all the staff behind the scenes keeping the experience smooth and enjoyable.

Lovely hidden venue. Big cinema screens and of course the seating is the best thing. The sofas are nicer than the crystal palace branch. And all the staff are all really lovely and super helpful.

I went with my husband to the Everyman cinema in Hampstead in May 2024 to see The Fall Guy, and what was supposed to be a nice experience turned out awful. The noise levels in that room were so high it was painful to the eardrums. I am pretty sure that level of decibels violates health and safety. I had to go outside to look for a place to buy earplugs but could not find any, and so resorted to sticking some tissue paper in my ears, the noise level was still intolerable. I am a young and healthy person, not someone who is sensitive to sound or visuals, and I do not see the need to for the volume to be cranked up so high that it causes ear ringing and headache. My husband was extremely uncomfortable in his ears also, so this was not an isolated event. And not the first time either - this happened on a previous occasion as well. I guess we had hoped things would have improved. I was also very unfortunate with the food that was served, not only did it come late (which I can forgive) but about 1 hour after I had tucked into the chicken bites, I had to visit the toilets with stomach cramps and suffered with stomach pain throughout the rest of the film. I made a written complaint to the cinema and asked to see their hygiene certificates. So far no one has come forward. Shame - as this used to be our favourite place for an evening out, but I haven’t even had a reply let alone an apology from them. We won’t be going there again.
