It was a very bad experience! Extremely poor service. We had booked 2 double rooms with our 2 children and our niece and nephew for 3 nights to explore the local area during the august bank holiday weekend. There was no information on their website that there was 20£/night charge for car parking, ending up paying 60£ for the 3 nights! Breakfast was not included in it and the charge was 17£ per adult per day. This is extremely costly and we do not understand where this amount came from. The cleaners did not come to clean the room the next day or empty the bins. On the second day I rang the reception to get the room cleaned and empty the bins and to give new towels. When we arrived in the evening the room was not cleaned . They had just emptied the bin and gave some towels, however the used towels were just left in the bathroom. We asked the receptionist to give some clean water and she refused to give saying that why can't your son fill the bottle from the sink in the toilet. We complained and the receptionist said that she will provide us with a jug of water which never came. The exhaust was not working in our room and looks like nobody ever checks the rooms. We would not recommend anybody to stay here. We all returned very disappointed and frustrated !

Quieter than normal! But second stay here, and I have to say good value for 1 night and parking. Decent, clean, close to Gatwick, can't ask for more. Recommended.

Basic hotel and room was good. It was impossible to use the shower as the bath was so deep neither my wife nor I could get in or out. Fit people only or stay dirty. Last night we ordered a meal and it took two hours to arrive and then they had forgotten the starter that I had ordered. My main course was a sirloin steak cost ,£20 it was cooked correctly as ordered but was tough very chewy and not very pleasant. The only concession that they made was not to charge us for two coffees. Big deal. Sorry but I will not be staying there again.

Handy for the airport especially if you have an early flight! easy long term parking too!

We stay there a lot with work and they are always really helpful. We start too early for breakfast which starts at 6am but they always get us a carry out bag and it’s very much appreciated. Rooms are nice, and all the staff are helpful and friendly.
