I very much enjoyed my stay! Hotel staff especially in the bar/restaurant and reception was very helpful and accommodating. The security/doorman was also lovely and helped me with some bottles of water. I was very impressed with my room upgrade. The LED lights were very cool. The traffic in the old street area however is horrible. I suggest getting train there. Roads are a nightmare. Another fantastic visit. I will be returning.

Came here for a hen spa experience which included spa access, a 55 minute massage and a healthy delcious 2 course meal and would highly recommend. As people have mentioned the staff are friendly, accomodating and attentive. The spa was clean and I had one of the best massages ever thanks to Agata and left feeling like a new person.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the tube and plenty of nearby amenities. The spa facilities are top-notch, offering a relaxing retreat. The family room is spacious and well-designed, perfect for those travelling with loved ones. While breakfast is on the pricier side, booking directly with the hotel can help secure a better deal. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'm already looking forward to my third stay.

5 reasons for 5 stars rating: 1. Room is clean and excellent. Very comfortable bed. Toilet has heated flooring, which makes it amazing in winter. 2. Turn down service makes the room cozy and always makes me in the mood to sleep. 3. Every level has filtered water station 4. Breakfast is delicious although it is the same thing everyday. 5. Service is excellent.
