Park Farm have an excellent gym and spa facility. I have not stayed in the rooms as I live locally. Having a membership allows me to use the leisure facilities which I take full advantage of. This is the first time I have eaten at Park Farm. It was a nice little bite and beautiful setting. I’m sure we will book in for a return dining visit and hopefully sit outside in the sun next time

This was our second stay here, both times for my birthday. It's a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We were given an upgrade this time which did not disappoint. The spa is lovely and I loved my treatments. Will definitely be back again!

We visited for afternoon tea for 2 which was a birthday gift. The setting was lovely and food was ample. I found the sandwiches bland but the desserts were delicious. The sausage roll was my favourite element. Staff were polite and efficient.

We was disappointed with park farm hotel and leisure. Room had no usb socket we couldn't have door open at night as very noisy fans outside. We had a massage which was OK but basic. We used the pool got in and straight out the water was murky and edges by the water was slime. Not very appealing staff in leisure area seemed like they couldn't be bothered with anything. Reception ladies spot on very welcoming. Had a meal in Helena bar very nice staff bubbly and helpful. Food expensive but excellent. Overall rooms tired won't be coming back sorry ☹️

The room was lovely and the staff were fantastic. I have to say though, while they really try hard with the “fine dining” experience, reservations encouraged, showing you to your seat, explaining the wine pairings, attentive and charming, knowledgeable about the food etc - the food itself was at best passable. My wood pigeon starter was lovely, my sweet course was reasonable, but £30 for a roast dinner that reminded me of a school dinner and would get sent back in Toby’s was a bitter pill to swallow. The picture doesn’t show the side vegetables, which unfortunately was the best bit - but I believe it’s worth a thousand words.
