Loved this place the staff and location wouldn't stay anywhere else now in Birmingham the next time we come for a concert, but if its the weekend and you want an early night you should probably avoid as its noisy outside till late,

Great location next to all the night life. Room was fine, kids slept well on sofa bed. Our bed was very big (Queen Size) but the mattress was a bit too firm for me. Understaffed at Breakfast but staff were working so hard to make sure everyone was fed. Parking available in a lot underneath but not free. Also lifts from hotel lobby do not go down to carpark so for accessibility you need to let any disabled passengers out before parking.

I was walking towards front desk (to book a room) then there was this stupid security man he enquired "where are you going" told him going towards the front desk and he asked me to leave. He said I am not allowed to go to the front desk. He judged me just because i was indian!? Idk what's wrong with him. Hence, I advise you to please do not go to such places with bad staff cuz respect is what everyone needs and deserves

Hotel is located in a very ideal location! Staff were friendly and room were clean! I would recommend!

Excellent hotel. Really good rates. Brilliant service and very accommodating. The rooms.are very comfortable. Was here with a large group and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. Would definitely stay here again
