February 2024Cosy modern hotel, rooms were cosy and well equipped. The place is real labyrinth so expect to get lost one the way to or from your room. The only niggle I had was the bathroom light in our room (31) had a motion sensor, so as soon as you got to the door the light came on. Okay most of the time but annoying at night when it burned out your retinas.

February 2024Beautiful hotel & very friendly staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern & I slept so well, I couldn't hear a single noise coming from outside the room and the bed was very comfy. The service throughout the evening at the murder mystery night was fantastic, very friendly staff. Delicious food, our evening meal was perfect and our breakfast was very nice, we had eggs benidict - the only thing I'd say is we both felt the muffin was stale, or just very hard after being kept warm, but we still enjoyed it and the toast was very fresh, along with the continental breakfast. I've given a 4 star for service as the breakfast service didn't run too smoothly, they gave the wrong breakfasts to a few wrong tables, including ours, but they did sort it afterwards. Overall fantastic hotel & we will be back!
