We serve Argentinian Angus steaks that are Wet-Aged for 7 weeks. Choosing our beef is a big decision, more important than you think because, the grading and classification of the beef will affect the quality of the steak produced on the grill. We look at marbling, moisture content, colour and insist on the finest grades of beef. Therefore, offering excellent quality and at the same time, value for money for all our customers.
