Great place to stay. Service is also top notch and they will do what it takes to make you happy. Great location and will be staying again when back in town. The staff is very attentive and the hotel is beautiful.

We are frequent travelers who stay half a month in hotels, I have to admit that i picked Hotel Cafe Royal in London for 5 nights mainly due to the good location and reviews. Yes , I don’t usually share my experience as it takes times :) I would like to give credit to the management and staffs of Hotel Cafe Royal to show my appreciation of how they really made efforts to make sure our stay pleasant. As we were seated outside the hotel bar along Regent street for oysters and champagne, seeing the hotel’s doorman/ concierge was at the middl of the road in Regent street to get a taxi in ( hotel is located at a alley off Regent street ) he was in a rain, I told myself the asset of this hotel is all about the good staffs . I also like to give thank to Mr Paul of front desk to ensure our stay are met to our requirements. ie brighter lighting. Generally , the best things can happens in this hotel are all about the committed staffs , who goes extra miles to ensure guests are satisfied, so please do not hesitate to feedback to them if you have special requests instead of post negative feedback on social media, trust me they fix it ALL.

The Hotel Cafe Royal is a truly remarkable property with a location that offers convenient access to some of the finest areas of London. Needing to arrange a few special requests before arrival, the guest services team responded quickly and accommodatingly, beyond the scope of 5-star service. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Elvis Saturni, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, who not only secured all of our requests noted before arrival but continued to ensure our stay was everything we had hoped it would be. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily breakfast, managed each morning exquisitely by Lorenzo. The hotel's rich historical elements, juxtaposed with the modern amenities found in our junior suite, offered us a truly unique and memorable stay. We will look back fondly on our stay at the Hotel Cafe Royal and endeavor to return someday soon.

The absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at!. Exceptional service at each encounter. Concierge went above and beyond and were extremely attentive. Beautifully designed space. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!
