Visited this hotel with colleagues from work. We met in the lobby and decided to stay at the hotel for our informal meeting. . The hotel itself has a very traditional feel and benefits from being connected to Paddington train station. You can access the hotel from inside the station as well as from the main road. . We ordered some coffee and tea and both were good quality and service was very acceptable. The seating area provides a sense of privacy without feeling isolated from others in the hotel. . There is a min. Charge of £10 per hour for sitting in the main area surrounding the bar, which was fine for us but if you're visiting alone it's something to be aware of. . We ordered lunch, which was very enjoyable and fairly reasonable for the location and venue. One of our team needed to request some changes to the menu items to accommodate their dietary needs and this was met with ease and no fuss. . All in all I enjoyed the visit and liked the venue. And I think I will return in the future

Nice big rooms and venue Clean However it is extremely cold both in the rooms and in the meeting rooms. Heating system very slow and noisy only a light duvet in the bed It was a very uncomfortable stay Breakfast area would be brilliant but some issues make the experience annoying: coffee machine does not work, toaster jams and all the bread gets stuck inside, pastries freezing cold or dry (from the day before?) After three times I asked the very kind waitress to help I gave up not to bother her again and again Pity the place is amazing but all these things make the stay unpleasant

You can’t really beat the location: right next door to the Paddington hub (trains, underground, buses) and within walking distance to everywhere. We stayed for 8 nights over Christmas and New Year. Cons: Reception was efficient but cool, almost to the point of being rude. Room was decent size, always clean, but slightly dated - and towels always had an odd smell. The long walk to the room was not fun when you’re tired. Bit of a maze. Pros: No fridge in room but promptly got a small one sent. Also asked for extra pillows. Concierge (Avelino) was helpful. Breakfast was the best feature of this hotel. Wide spread, and fresh fruits. Staff always smiling and efficient - special mention to Khairunnisa and team. Would’ve given five stars to this hotel just because of the breakfast experience.

Highly recommend this hotel. Attached directly to the Paddington station. Easy access from Heathrow, to the GWR, and the tube. Very friendly staff, great service. For Hilton status members, they upgraded my wife and myself and the excellent breakfast buffet is free to Gold and higher status members. Overall excellent experience, one of the best I’ve had at Hilton properties.

The best about this hotel is the location. It was right at the train station. The hotel is old with old furniture but it was clean and their standard room size was great. I had an issue with A/c (very hot for my liking), bathroom sink + toilet making a loud noise and no refrigerator at the room.
