Staff are exceptionally helpful and always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. The centre manager and the senior front of house are both very talented ladies- Very professional

Extremely poor standards for any office. Our office is seemingly never cleaned with dust and dirt on desks week after week, Inside and outside the toilet area has a very strong smell of urine due to poor sanitation or plumbing, aircon and heating is very temperamental and rarely works. I would be livid if I was the one paying for this office. Honestly the worst office I have ever stayed in or visited.

Poorly serviced office. Sanitation/cleaning standards are the poorest I have seen in a serviced office. No/poor quality air conditioning. Would not recommend.

Had to come to this building this morning, at one point there were 6 staff members gathered around the reception desk. Yesterday was the new lockdown, and yet none of them are wearing a mask. No social distancing, laughing, chatting.. They have signs up asking people to wear masks, which seems a farce. In light of the current situation it seems like very poor leadership to allow this to happen, at the greeting point for the building no less. Total disregard for anything that is going on right now. If you are concerned about Covid-19, I would stay away from this building until the pandemic is over.
