Your ceremony can take place in our beautiful Conservatory, an elegant space with York stone flags and stylish décor. You also have the option to hold your ceremony outside in our lovely Pavilion, surrounded by the gorgeous traditional garden.
We can accommodate up to 120 seated guests and up to 150 for the evening festivities. An attractive marquee can be added to our delightful Bistro if you have a slightly longer guest list.
From formal meals to finger buffets, you have various dining options from an award-winning kitchen at Stanwell House. You can enjoy your wedding breakfast in the wonderful restaurant, overlooking the garden. All of our dishes are made from the finest, fresh ingredients from the local area.

February 2024Absolutely loved our recent visit to Stanwell house where we were kindly upgraded. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice. I had the massaman curry for dinner, big plate - make sure you're hungry. Overall a very lovely stay, left feeling very relaxed.

March 2024Just popped in for a warm drink on a cold day. Had a toasted tea cake with jam and a hot chai latte. Both were lovely. Staff provided great service and we're very happy and friendly.

February 2024Fantastic boutique hotel in the centre of Lymington. Rooms very comfortable. Staff excellent. They are "on it" and the attention to detail was fantastic. Breakfast was superb. Excellent Ingredients (especially the bacon, sausage and black pudding) cooked to perfection. On a par with grantley hall in Ripon which is 5 times the price of this hotel. Cocktails in the bar were also note worthy. You can tell they use the top shelf ingredients and mix them well. Well worth visiting.

January 2024It was a pleasure to stay again. The head receptionist Lucy was extremely helpful and catered for all our requirements. We had a lovely room with view of the river/sea. Best to get there before late to make sure you get a place in the car park.
