While I came for a brief while to the hotel. The staff at the hotel was amazing. I had a wonderful conversation with the reception team. So funny and charming; raj, deep, raids, Cheryl, Ben, Carla, anna and Alex were wonderful host. The staff is so sweet and lovely and the new reception is so beautiful. Impeccable clean reception area and the Portland cafe is so amazing and so well managed. A big cheers to who ever manages the cafe. The restaurant staff is the same as well, I had a lovely conversation with been and Thomas who were so sweet and lovely. I honestly will say that just in terms of staff and location I haven’t been to a better place. A special thanks to the management for such a lovely staff. The view of the level 3 bar is breathe taking

Arrived this evening for a business stay. Upon arrival was greeted by two very polite and friendly members of the reception team. Nothing was too much trouble. Used the gym which was empty and equipped with everything u could need - just how I like it. Went to the restaurant for dinner and was greeted by waiter Sam who was very friendly and super efficient. Food was absolutely amazing. Location is superb for central Manchester.

Mercure Manchester is in a good location, with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. The room were clean and tidy (including an iron with most hotels don't do). We wined/ drank in the bar, the service was excellent!! We were served by Maisie who was pleasant and treated us well. The beds were comfortable, but I felt a double bed would have been better than 2 single beds (just something to consider for the future). Well done for your efforts and thank you for your excellent hospitality!.

Great welcome upon arrival and allowed us to check in early. We were provided a glass of prosecco upon arrival as well as a complimentary drink at the bar later. All the staff at check in were friendly and bubbly with great energy. The rooms were fine in size and clean. Breakfast by Maisie and Rose was fantastic. Really helpful and efficient. Great customer service who went above and beyond to make our breakfast enjoyable and fun. Maisie does brilliant Lattes just FYI. Overall my first stay at this hotel in the city and its been brilliant. Would stay again and its perfectly located in the city with the tram and bus stops right outside the entrance of the hotel.

Location is perfect, basically in the heart of Manchester City and walks away from everywhere you’d want to go. Service when we checked in was excellent. Ian was polite, professional and full of energy which made the experience that much better. I’d also like to thank Deep for his warm welcome.
