Audacious conferencing aims to serve the city, and the surrounding region, with a first class conferencing & event venue for small business meeting, concerts, exhibition spaces and many other things. The venue is a vibrant city-centre venue that has everything you need for a successful event. Cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to the event date, a fee of 25% of the hire charge to cover administration charges.
Cancellation between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the event date, a fee of 50% of the hire charge and the agreed catering price.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the event date, a fee of 100% of the agreed hire charge and catering price.
Where a reservation is canceled by the Client and !Audacious is re-hired all or any of the facilities described in the reservation booking, !Audacious may reduce the cancellation fee payable by the Client.
