Argh, I probably sound like an angry internet guy here. I usually do glowing restaurant reviews 🤣 But just sharing my story :) I signed up for a desk, but then my plans changed as - by chance - I was offered one elsewhere the next day for much cheaper. I tried to cancel within 24 hours. This company offer no cooling off period (isn't that illegal?) and no flexibility. I run a small education charity where funds are tight. This didn't matter to them. I was charged over £300 for two months of membership - the earliest possible cancellation date. Surely a mistake, I thought? Well, the first customer service representative simply closed the conversation after they shared this with me. Meaning I could no longer contact them. Maybe the guy was having a bad day? So the second time I tweeted them, and the exact same thing happened. The people who work here were really nice! I hope they find a nicer company to work for. One with values, and that listens to their customers. Ahhhh, breathe. Back to restaurant reviews 🤣 EDIT: They've responded to this review being nicey nice to resolve the issue. They did not resolve the issue.

My contact has finished with manchester spaces Peter house back in 08/23 and paid for £486.72 (picture attached) restoration fee but today I have received a invoice for January 2024 for another set of restoration fee of £360? can you please resolve this please? As I already paid for the fees before I left, coudnt get hold of anyone at all, emails after emails even on the app theres no one reply after requested over 10times! I was hoping to go back soon as I need a new office but this really makes me… invoice 1302-65796 thank you.
