Yang Sing is a phonetic translation from Chinese of one of the names of the city of Guangzhou in Southern China – 'the City of Rams'. The Yang Sing was founded in November 1977 by the Yeung family. Tim Kwan Yeung was a renowned dim sum chef amongst the Chinese community in Manchester and beyond. Harry Yeung's acclaim has extended even further.

Our rooms are named after the various locations that,Yang Sing has inhabited in almost four decades; we offer unique spaces, a colourful history and memorable events. Understanding and meeting the needs of our guests has always been central to the success of our events team.
