About The Ravensbury

The Ravensbury is split between a formal elegant Restaurant and more casual chic Lounge area. Both areas are available to hire for the time requested, however we do not have private hire on Saturdays after 6PM. The Restaurant having crystal chandeliers, marble on floor/walls, large granite bar top, lit up marble bar face and whole back wall in diamond shaped mirrors makes the space very much suited to table service or buffet dining for wedding parties, birthdays or any special occasion. The Lounge area has a grand stainless steel bar top with lit up bar front, multiple lighting features such as our moon-flower walls, separate lit up DJ booth, state of the art sound system and DJ lights make this are of the venue ideal to host wedding/birthday parties to dance the night away, baby showers or any special dining functions where we can host Buffet table allowing your guests to mingle and enjoy our Indian and Hakka Chinese food. We have large decking area leading out from the Lounge which we can host BBQs. We also have large LED screen in the Lounge which we can show your videos or picture slideshow during your event.

We were welcomed by the lovely Anna who provided excellent service, including fantastic recommendations. Her knowledge of the food and drinks was remarkable! Thank you for your attention to detail and ensuring we were taken good care of throughout our meal!

Attended a family function here on 29/6, I have to say that I was very impressed by the staff, a big shout out to the man, the myth, the legend aka Mr Denzel. He was great with the guests and his natural charm really uplifted the general ambience. A pay rise should be on the cards for this young man!

Food excellent but the service and customer experience has a lot to be desired. We were asked to vacate the table and not had even been able to order desserts. The reason was they had other people waiting for the table. The lamb shank left a lot to be desired and was not edible.Nobody came over to offer an alternative and was taken off the bill when paid. Sorry great food but won’t becoming back.
