I think this is a company with no commercial credit, and I would like to remind friends who plan to buy a car to avoid this company. The building is clean. The reception staff don't really want much to do with you if you are there for a diabetic eye screening and the parking fees are ridiculously expensive. For an appointment that, at most, lasts about 40 minutes the parking fees are far too high and there is no where near by that you can park and walk to the building. My experience with Olivia who did my eye test was absolutely brilliant. A bonus that I didn't have to have the dilation fluid in my eyes, which stings. But Regus is only interested in people hiring their business rooms.

Regus appears to be a fairly modern building with the usual facilities - I have visited there on 4 occasions and always found staff at reception very friendly and helpful - Some of the rooms are a little on the small side - One major thing to be aware of is parking charges, You will need to install a parking App to enable you to use the car park, the car park is however a good size with a small number of disabled parking spaces - There is also a limited amount of parking for motorcycles - If you are going there at morning rush hour please be warned that traffic can be very heavy, both going into and out of Reading
