Small rooms, but typical for the area. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel offered a free audio walking tour, one of the cool offerings. There is a restaurant on site I didn't get a chance to partake in, but looked good. Great location to get to most landmarks and local restaurants. They offered a nice coffee and tea spread in the room. Bedding was comfy and the air control in the room worked well!

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Every single person we encountered made us feel welcome and at home. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was wonderful. Everything was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. First off the staff are amazing and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We had twin toddlers with us and for breakfast and dinners, the staff couldn't have made us feel more at ease especially when our twins were up to some devilment. The location of hotel couldn't be more convenient, right beside all the shops, parks, tram and a short walk to old town/the castle. Our room was spacious even with two cots and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Our room was at the back of the hotel facing North with a lovely city/sea view. And a special shout out to Scott the concierge who was extremely helpful to me in returning lost property after I returned home which I really appreciated.

This place was absolute perfection! The hotel is so gorgeous; beautiful architecture, stunning interior design and an overall glamorous feeling. Came here for a trip with a friend and our double twin room was quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and fresh. Location wise, this place is perfect for exploring everything you want to see in the city. Honestly, I just really hope I can stay here next time I'm in Edinburgh!! (Also, the lobby smells incredible!!!!)
