Nice hotel and situated in the grounds of a golf course. Rooms vary from being in the hotel building to larger houses down near the lake. Beds can be very hard, I have found. I asked for a mattress topper, and it was fitted next day. Food is a bit overpriced for what you get but still good. Friendly atmosphere through out and recently been redecorated.

The room was beautiful and spacious, with a view of the golf course. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The TV was big, but difficult to use. The staff were fabulous at all times, creating a special experience for my birthday. The leisure centre was great with unlimited use of all spa facilities. Good restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast.

Unforgettable stay! The service from the moment you walk through the door, to every little ammendment. The room was spacious, comfortable and a gorgeous view. The spa and leisure amenities were well kept and relaxing. I had an absolutely incredible weekend! Thank you!

Beautiful historic building, Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was nice although the meal I had came with celeriac, but only 1 single slice, most of the main meals were on a 2 course deal so the A La Carte menu wasn't much different, not a wide choice of food. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and supply.

We've stayed here twice now and it's excellent! Nothing is too much trouble! The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. It's quiet and dark so a great night's sleep. The spa is an added bonus which you can use before and after checkin/out. The food in both restaurants is excellent. We'll be back!!!
