Spent the crossover to new year here and must say I enjoyed it. Lots of fun arcade games but the one I particularly liked was the shooting game. Ordered some hotdogs and drinks and some of the hotdogs took time to come. Some were also hard to chew so for the kitchen I give 2 stars. The lady that attended to me was nice and helpful. Overall, will def come back

The kitchen had some difficulties and they were not serving food. Also, the lane I was playing at had technical issues and we had to wait a few minutes to have it fixed. Otherwise no complains, other than the bowling there is a small arcade and the games don't seem to be really old like in some places. They even have a racing game with VR headsets which is cool. Bar well stocked, including soft drinks if you don't want to drink alcohol.

It was a nice experience for my son's birthday party. Everything went smoothly and everyone enjoyed their game. Food looked good and all the children seemed to have liked it. The party host Deborah, was always there to help us. Her colleague too (unfortunately I don't know her name). I forgot the paper plates for the cake at home and they kindly provided some, along with the spoons. The only thing is that the coffee machine was not working so couldn't order any. The service customers was also very helpful throughout the entire booking process. Overall, it was a good experience where everyone had fun.

We came to play some pool table. The tables have been updated to take card payments which is a positive. We came early in the morning to avoid crowds. I have attached picture of the glass on the floor which must have been there from day before. Photos of broken lights above the pool table with bits of glass still there... Toilets are an absolute state. Not what you would expect in the O2 location.

Horror. Waiting time is about 20-30 minutes (not exaggerating, please test for yourself) at the bar, even when there's only like 5 people in front of you. The staff are either super high or completely new with what seems like 0 training. But even worse is the bowling pins. They're connected by wire, and that wire prevents the pins from going down when they would have normally in other bowling lanes. Closer to 3/5 but need to rate it a 1 so that the overall average balances out to the reality.
