Clean rooms and in the heart of the city but far enough from too much hustle. Harry Potter fans should stay here, so close to the sights and sites of the Potterverse. Good food nearby and the bar attached is good fun.

Great staff but hotel needs some investment. Weird lift configuration and you have to pass a maze to go rooms. Bad quality mattress there was a duvet top of the mattress(weird) and lack of heating in the rooms it was really cold. Ac was trying to heat up rooms. I suggestto owners invest more to the hotel. Great location in the Victoria Street.
