We visited Woodlands Park to meet with the Events Team lead (Cheyenne) to organise an upcoming family occasion so we didn't use any facilities on this occasion, however we were shown several different sized function rooms, hall, reception and the bar. Everywhere seemed clean, well appointed and presentable. Every room we saw was on the ground floor with level access and good views across the spacious well maintained gardens. There's plenty of private free parking either side of the hotel. Being a few minutes out of town instills you with an air of relaxing quiet and calm.

Food... amazing, atmosphere.. ok... Staff are really friendly... Room lovely... Getting woken up at 05.35am with a member of staff scraping ash and cutting wood for a fire, not great to be honest. It echoes through the king suite and woke me up and even after me letting him know that he woke me up, he continues.
