Nice food and quick service but poor staff attitude. Made to feel very unwelcome from the start. We were a group of 19 spread over 3 tables. We ordered from the app using the correct table numbers but staff insisted on serving everything to the middle table without clearly stating what things were and treated us like we were causing confusion from the start. I appreciate it can be difficult serving a large group but I have never experienced service like it. One of the group was given an alcoholic cocktail instead of a non-alcoholic one. A louder voice, smile and patience from the staff was needed and would have encouraged us to spend more - we ended up getting the absolute minimum after our first orders (no dessert, simple drinks instead of cocktails etc) just to avoid having to interact with staff. We could've made this our go-to leaving drinks/meal place but won't be back anytime soon after this experience.

A spacious urban (docklands feel) interior bar with brilliant cocktails, a good range of craft beers and tasty chicken wings.

Excellent customer service, nice and polite. The food was amazing and the atmosphere very welcoming. I’ll come back soon.

Food was nice but the guy at the bar would not serve me but would serve my white English friend, not sure, but it seemed racist. After my friend ordered and I paid, yet the guy at the bar acted as though he didn’t understand me even though I’m Asian American.
