January 2024Nice atmospheric pub with good food and a roaring fire. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the paella was delicious. The only slight downside was that most of the party had their food and one member of the party had to wait for their food. They did apologize for this and I understand that they were very busy. They checked on us for drinks and I would visit again. Recommend a pop in for drinks and a meal. Close to Kenwood house and Hampstead Heath so it is perfect for a walk after a heavy meal.

January 2024The establishment is lovely inside. Staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. We had a roast dinner. The flavours and portions were good.The roast belly of pork was very tough and fatty. The crackling was chewy. It hadn't been cooked low and slow like pork belly should be. The roast potatoes were crispy but very dry. The flavours were nice. I would definitely go back and try something else next time.
