What an absolutely beautiful place!! The beds are the biggest beds I've ever seen, and so, so comfy. The rooms look and smell like they've just been renovated (new paint and carpet smell) and they are absolutely beautiful. We went into the spa 7am-9am and the outdoor infinity pool is just top notch. Literally felt like I was in a bath watching the world go by. Such a beautiful area of the spa. We had food in the restaurant in the evening and it was gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful food. Definitely recommend the smash burger. Yum!! For breakfast it is a self service buffet style, and it's stunning. Continuously being replenished too!! There is tonnes to do around the area of the hall, walks, golf etc. and it's really beautiful. We will definitely be back soon!! Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our time there so special xx

Went for a overnight spa experience with evening meal included and breakfast. The price was well worth. Also experienced some treatments. The place is lovely and very historical the grounds outside are magnificent and a golf course. There's just a few areas that need a little titivating. As I have a eye for detail. Otherwise a very pleasant and the staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I booked a spa break expensive for my friend's 40th birthday with the help of Charlotte who is a fantastic member of staff. Room was lovely and very clean. The whole expensive was wonderful/ relaxing. Majority of the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again soon. 😀

Such a mixed experience at this place, first of all I’d like to start with the positive side. We arrive a little early and was told the room wasn’t ready for another hour which was fine, we sat and had drinks and was served by Andy who was nothing short of amazing! He explained the dynamics of the place and where everything was and made us feel so welcome. The spa was also amazing made us feel very welcome and massage was the best I’ve ever had ! The infinity pool is stunning and so warm throughly enjoyed the spa. The room was okay, very basic no coffee or drinks in the room, very very very hot at night, very much so that I couldn’t sleep. Windows open and radiator turned completely off. It was very noisy through the night and as a light sleeper, I struggled to sleep, someone tried our door at 5:00am which really freaked us out as two women on our own. We found dirty knickers in the wardrobe. The staff in the restaurant was so rude and looked me and my friend up and down. I think this was maybe down to us being on the younger side. One of the staff members that was working doing the breakfast actively slagged off what I was wearing and when I looked at her she carried on. Wish I had said something there and then but I actually felt so embarrassed that they had so much to say about a 27 year old women. I wouldn’t stay there again and it’s such a shame as has the potential to be an amazing break.

Disrespectful and Disappointment Picture this: Mother's Day, a time to celebrate the incredible women in our lives. With great anticipation, scheduled a special massage appointment to treat my deserving mother. However, what followed was nothing short of a letdown. Less than a day before our eagerly awaited appointment, a call came through. Instead of a friendly reminder or confirmation, it was a voicemail announcing the cancellation. Shockingly, there was no hint of an apology or regret in their tone. This lack of consideration is both disappointing and disrespectful. Cancelling a Mother's Day appointment without a shred of remorse undermines the significance of the occasion and disregards the value of customers' time and emotions. To those contemplating this establishment: beware. Their cavalier attitude towards customer satisfaction and basic courtesy is evident. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a service that truly values your patronage and respects the importance of special occasions.
